Custom printing order refund and cancellation rules
Order Cancellation
- Order can be cancelled only before printing/design production starts.
- Once custom stamp/design production starts, cancellation may not be possible.
- Customers must contact support immediately for cancellation request.
Refund Policy
- Refund is applicable only if payment is received but order cannot be processed by us.
- No refund for wrong content, wrong spelling or wrong design submitted by customer.
- No refund after successful dispatch of custom printed product.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
Refund Time
Approved refunds may take 3 to 7 working days depending on payment method and bank processing.
